So That We May All Understand

It happened during a conversation with a new member. As we spoke, the sister who had been giving thanks to God for coming in the flesh to save His children suddenly brightened, her eyes sparkling as if struck by a thought.

“If God came to this earth in the flesh,” she said, “then He wouldn’t be in heaven at the same time . . . But perhaps He could go back and forth without us knowing? Maybe He could return to heaven in His spiritual form whenever He wished—after all, He is God!”

Her innocent imagination made me smile. Then, a passage from The Mystery of God and the Spring of the Water of Life came to mind.

“Sister, imagine electricity generated from a power plant. It flows into thousands upon thousands of homes through countless wires. Does that mean the power plant itself disappears? Of course not. The plant remains where it is. In the same way, just because God came to this earth in the form of a man doesn’t mean His divine essence vanished from the heavenly throne. Even if God were born into thousands upon thousands of bodies, His original being would still remain in heaven.”

The sister was left speechless.

“Wow, I understand it instantly! How do you explain things so well?”

“These are the very words Father Ahnsahnghong wrote in His truth book. He recorded them Himself while on this earth so that we may all understand.”

With her question answered so clearly, the sister brimmed with wonder. She began pouring out a stream of questions—about the principles by which God perfects us, life in the angelic world, and other mysteries of the Bible. Astonishingly, every one of her questions had already been answered in the Truth Books written by our Heavenly Father. As I guided her through them, citing the passages, I came to realize once more, deep within my heart, that Father Ahnsahnghong is indeed the Root of David, the Second Coming Christ who has unlocked all the secrets of the Scriptures.

That evening, I opened the Truth Book Father had written. As I turned each page, I imagined Him—letter by letter—pressing His words onto the paper with earnest love, hoping His beloved children would understand His heart and follow the path to heaven. That night, more than ever, my longing for Father deepened.
