ASEZ WAO in Middletown, Connecticut, and Two Other Branches, U.S., Conduct Cleanup at Scalzi Park

On August 25, over 80 members of ASEZ WAO, the World Mission Society Church of God Young Adult Worker Volunteer Group, from Middletown, and two other branches cleaned Scalzi Park in Stamford, Connecticut. Volunteers collected approximately 90 kilograms (200 pounds) of trash from the park and held a panel exhibition to raise awareness about the seriousness of plastic pollution.

After visiting the site and attentively listening to the members’ explanation of the panels, Jerry Junes, a Police Lieutenant of the Stamford Police Department, expressed his solidarity by signing a statement of support.
