On August 10, a total of 170 participants—including ASEZ (the World Mission Society Church of God University Student Volunteer Group) members from the National College of Science and Technology (NCST) in the Philippines, local citizens, and Korean members visiting the Philippines for international exchange and volunteer activities—took part in the “Zero Plastic 2040” cleanup campaign.

Gathering early around 8 a.m., the volunteers cleaned the area from Malihan Street to Bautista Street in Dasmariñas. Through their efforts, they collected approximately 460 kilograms (1,014 lbs) of waste, including a significant amount of plastic trash. Local government and administrative officials of Dasmariñas also attended the event to show their support and encourage ASEZ’s ongoing environmental initiatives.
