Arise & Shine Global Bible Seminar 2019(Ⅲ)

On May 24, Arise & Shine Global Bible Seminar 2019 was held at the New Jerusalem Pangyo Temple. It was the 3rd seminar of this year, and aimed to inspire the true faith not only in the Church of God members, but also in the citizens who are curious about the authenticity of the Bible, the existence of God, and the solution for salvation. The seminar draws more attention from people whenever it is held.

Brothers and sisters from 17 countries attended the seminar, and the members who were professional workers such as a researcher in molecular biology and a ship engineer went on stage to give presentations. The speakers from Germany, Chile, the United States, Colombia, and Mexico provided in-depth presentation about God the Mother—the key to salvation—and the truth of the new covenant, through broad themes such as “Choice for the Future,” “Herd-behavior and God the Mother,” “What is the nature of love?” “Molecule of Life,” and “Paradigm Shift in the Age of Mother,” grafting them onto biology, historical science, psychology, jurisprudence, business administration, etc. The diverse presentations with pictures and infographics (the visual representation of data) helped increase the audience’s concentration even more.

Philipp von Glinski (a lawyer from Berlin, Germany) gave a presentation titled “Law vs Law,” where he said, “The punishment is proportional to sin, from the ancient laws such as the Code of Hammurabi and the Tang Code to modern laws, but the new covenant that Christ established through His sacrifice is not punishment but love and forgiveness,” and he hoped that all seven billion people would receive the forgiveness of sins and salvation by keeping the new covenant.
