As the serving leadership is in the spotlight, there are increasing cases of combining the principles of business management and the teachings of the Bible. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord” (Col 3:23) is one of them. It means that we will get far better results when we do things as if we are working for God.
Let’s take some examples. When we make products, if we think that God will use them, we cannot neglect anything such as material, design, function and so on. If we serve customers regarding them as God, we come to make sure before others point out, whether the customers have any inconvenience in shopping or whether the way we talk or dress is proper and courteous. That’s why if we do things always as working for God, difficult things do not seem to be difficult anymore. There is no reason for any complaint or dissatisfaction.
If this works in the companies for making profits, then in Zion, where the true God dwells and members practice the teachings of Mother, we should engrave this lesson more firmly on our hearts. When you treat your brothers and sisters beside you as working for God, please wait for the blessings prepared by God.
