In 1952, Edmund Hillary, New Zealand’s most famous mountaineer, attempted to climb Mount Everest after training rigorously, but he failed.
Then people asked him,
“You’ve experienced how hard and difficult it is to climb Mount Everest, so you won’t climb it again, will you?”
“Yes, I will try again. Mount Everest remains as it is, but my dream keeps growing.”
The next year, he became the first person in the world to reach the summit of Mount Everest.
