Guidelines on HAPPY HOME Worship Service
“Happy Home Worship” is kept by family members to prepare for the Sabbath every Friday. We talk about what happened for the week with each other and build up family love by giving thanks to God and praying for the family unity and peace.
“Keep my Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God” Ezekiel 20:20
Time
- Have the service on Friday evening, the preparation day for the Sabbath, but you can adjust the timing according to your family’s circumstances.
Order
- 1. Praise
- Preparing for the home worship, we give praise to God by singing New Songs. (You may omit this order according to your circumstances.)
- 2. Opening Prayer
- If the family members offer the prayer in turns, it will be much helpful to make prayer a way of life.
- 3. Reading the Word of God
- We engrave the truth of life in our hearts, reading the word of God. It will be the time to feel the holy love of God who wants to deliver the news of life through each and every word.
- 4. Giving Thanks to God
- It is said giving thanks is the proof that one has realized God’s sacrifice and love. Try to give thanks to God from the beginning until the end of the day. We hope your home becomes happier while you experience the amazing power of giving thanks, which enables you to be filled with joy, happiness, and love all the time.
