On November 26, the “Pre-Young Adult Gathering” was held at the Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute. On November 20, the World Mission Society Church of God Young Adult Worker Volunteer Group [ASEZ WAO] received the bronze award for Environmental Best Practice at The Green Apple Environment Awards 2023 held at the Palace of Westminster, the meeting place of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. ASEZ WAO was recognized for its efforts in protecting terrestrial ecosystems through the Green Earth Project. In obedience to God’s command to save 8 billion people, prophets of this age, leading the gospel with strong faith and passion, congregated in Korea from across the globe. The 78th Overseas Visiting Group comprises 150 pastoral staff members representing 26 countries, such as the U.S., Austria, South Africa, Cameroon, Mexico, Argentina, Mongolia, and Nepal. On August 27, when summer was not over yet, the Church of God held the 2nd Chamber Orchestra Concert for Student. The Messiah Orchestra members prepared the event to encourage students to start their new semester with excitement after their short summer vacation. The concert, which was held at the New Jerusalem Pangyo Temple, Korea, was a great success, being attended by more than 2,100 audiences, including students, parents, and teachers in the metropolitan area. Climate change has changed the phenomenon of the rainy season. Frequent unpredictable torrential downpours bring about facility damage, flooding, and safety accidents. Clogged road drains are one of the factors that cause more damage from heavy rain. If we don’t remove the garbage, fallen leaves, and soil that have accumulated in the drains, it is difficult for drainage systems to function properly when it rains.
