According to the Will of God

I never thought about having any other religion, under the influence of my grandmother who was a firm believer in Catholicism. When my sister and brother-in-law who were attending the Church of God told me about the truth, I was glad to know what was in the Bible, but that was pretty much it. I did not want learn further.

However, my mind changed when I went to the Church of God once with my sister and brother-in-law. It seemed like the people in that place were filled with love.

I also enjoyed studying the Bible. I learned about the secret of the forgiveness of sins and it answered more than enough of my question I had─why would people just have to die after so much pain in their lives?

Until then, I claimed to believe in God but whenever I was faced with difficult things, I ran out of faith and took the life as an arduous and futile journey. It was natural for me to waver in faith because I loved and believed in God in my own way, regardless of God’s will.

Since I realized God Elohim, my perspective on life changed. Now I have hope of life and I have realized what I need to live my life for. It felt like my life became perfect. I pledged myself to walk the way of life according to God’s way, and to become a heavenly family member.

It took time until my wish came true. At that time, I couldn’t go to Zion because of something that was out of my hand. While I was waiting for myself to become a true child of God, I was imprinting the word of God in my heart. The love and sacrifice of God who stays with His children on this earth and suffers instead of His sons and daughters moved me deeply.

When I finally became a God Elohim’s child, I wanted to bring at least a small happiness to His grace. So I went along with other members to preach. But, preaching was not an easy job to do. Because I’m very timid, it was much difficult even to say a word to other people.

Ultimately, there wasn’t any significant result for almost a year. I did come to fruition for a while but that was it. Just as God told us we must get rid of our bad nature, when I didn’t get changed, the soul I’ve found so hard drifted away even before they grew in faith. The gospel work was that honest.

It took a long time until I realized that all problems were on me and unless I was reborn, no good result could be brought forth. Thankfully, God implanted in me the faith: “If you please God, He will certainly help you.”

Having this faith, I did not stop preaching the gospel which God would be pleased with, and God did help me. Not to mention that my circumstances got better, I met a heavenly family whom I had waited so much. My colleague, who’s always bright and kind, came up to me first and told me that she wanted to go to the church I attend. I was happy but little baffled at the same time; because several times I’d preached the truth to her but hadn’t invited her to my church before.

When she visited Zion, she liked it a lot as well as studying the Bible. Sister Kayla accepted the truth after studying the Bible several times. She sometimes shed tears because she was concerned about her family who went against her belief but she did not lose her heart.

Soon the sister led her Armenian husband to Zion. He was the first Armenian who was led to our Zion; I was amazed and happy. After her husband, she led her younger brother into the arms of God, and even to this day she is honoring the mission of the gospel hard.

Also when my uncle accepted the truth, something unexpected happened. In the past, he used to attend a Protestant church despite his family’s opposition. One day, however, he got disappointed at his pastor’s bad deeds. Since then, he refused to go to church and believed in God by himself.

I wanted to tell him about our church but it wasn’t easy to bring it up because he had such a strong character. I thought he would be the last one to listen among my family members even if he listened to the word of God.

My prediction turned out to be totally wrong. He was moved to see a good change of my cousin who became a part of the heavenly family first. Then my uncle got curious about the truth and studied the Bible. After he studied the Bible, he admitted that everything was testified in the Bible and accepted God Elohim more humbly than anyone else. He also led his wife and his youngest son, and received the blessing of fruit by preaching the gospel to his co-workers. What is more, he even helped my parents to study the Bible.

My uncle was very bold and confident in sowing the seed of words to his families. That became a good lesson to me. Even until this moment, he is faithfully following Heavenly Father and Mother by firmly keeping his faith.

God Himself works for the gospel. What I only do is just sow the seeds and water them. The one who makes seeds sprout and grow is God.

God has silently waited until I realized, and entrusted me with the mission of the gospel. Whenever I was reminded of His grace, my courage got renewed. And I settled myself down, thinking, ‘As I’m a sinner, I must sacrifice myself more, pray more, work harder, and love each and every soul all the more.’

I hope the times when I’d marched passionately, working hard to be changed and putting the gospel as my priority, will continue for the rest of my life on earth. Keeping in mind that today is important, I will participate in the gospel work just like the Apostle Paul and the prophet Jeremiah did. I would also like to repay God’s grace by boldly preaching the good news of salvation to the souls who have not yet received the truth—my family members, colleagues, and everyone else—with my God-given talents, so I can bring forth fruit thirtyfold, sixtyfold, and a hundredfold.

I give thanks to Heavenly Mother for making known to us, sinners, the love humans cannot fully know. And I will honor the mission of the gospel until the end with Mother’s heart as a new self who resembles Her.
