On July 27, 80 members of the San Diego and Escondido branches of ASEZ STAR, the Church of God Student Volunteer Group, carried out a painting activity at Central Avenue Park in California, U.S. The activity was conducted as part of the Green World project, with the City of San Diego providing paint, brushes, rollers, and other supplies. The members painted walls and fences that had become dirty from dust and rust, helping make the park clean and bright. Officials, including San Diego City Councilmember Sean Elo-Rivera, visited the site and encouraged the student volunteers, expressing appreciation for their efforts to improve the local community environment.
