Although every musician of an orchestra is excellent in his own performance, unless all the performers play in harmony, they come to make ugly sounds. As long as they ignore others’ performances and stick to the sound of their own instruments, they can never give a wonderful performance.

. . . so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 1 Corinthians 12:25–27

We are parts of one body in Christ and one part alone can do nothing. However great one’s own gift of the Spirit is, he can do nothing without cooperating with others. So we must take care of each other and work together in everything. When we consider the parts that seem weak and less precious as more precious and act as one body, we can harvest much fruit as the talents God has given to each of us work together.
