Members of Nairobi Church in Kenya Plant 200 Trees at Kasarani Primary School

On January 11, approximately 80 members of the Church of God in Nairobi, Kenya, and local residents carried out the Forest of Hope Campaign at Kasarani Primary School. In line with the campaign’s goal of fostering healthy forests and creating a sustainable global environment, the participants planted 200 trees they had donated on the school grounds.

Organized in cooperation with the Office of the Deputy County Commissioner, Kasarani, the activity raised awareness among students and staff about the importance of taking action for the planet. The volunteers also cleaned up the surrounding area, collecting 100 kilograms of litter.
